There is a boat and hoover craft that takes people across
the half-frozen waters.
It costs extra 150 RUB one way for the water transfer.

Ok. I'm sorry to say that. But transfers are only on thursday, friday, and sunday. Probably, there is a problem to go there and to come back. I will try to get more details, but right now transfers to Olkhon Island are not often.
